Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. Simply browse our categories or use the search function and menus at the top of the page until you locate what you are looking for then click “Add to Cart”. A running total and summary of your order will be displayed in your cart as you continue to browse our website. You can continue to add more items or remove items at any time. 

After you have finished selecting your desired items click on the small basked in the top right-hand corner then “View Cart or Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we require to be able to process your order. You will then be transferred to our secure payments provider where you will be prompted to insert your payment details.

Your payment details will be stored by us separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.

We offer a countrywide courier service, where items are in stock, with competitive rates for all orders. The minimum chargeable weight is 2 kg including packaging.

Shipping is calculated by weight and pack dimensions. See the delivery charges page for full pricing details.

We strive to process and courier orders within 3-4 working days of payment, excluding Public Holidays and weekends.

We are operational 9.30am - 4.00pm Monday - Friday. 

Delivery times are destination dependent, please allow 2 to 4 working days for transit.

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, excluding Public Holidays and weekends.

Delivery charges are calculated based on overall parcel weight including packaging. Please note that the volumetric weight of the parcel may be higher than the actual weight.

Deliveries are carried out during normal business hours, 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries are not included in our standard rate. 

Please ensure that there is someone available at the destination address during normal business hours to take receipt of your parcel. Essential Oil Supplies South Africa will not be held responsible for any re-delivery charges.

We do not currently offer delivery outside the borders of the Republic of South Africa.

For parcels weighing up to 2kg

R 90.00 including VAT. This is a door to door, signed-for, courier service. Please ensure that there is someone available at the destination address during normal business hours to sign for and take receipt of your parcel.

For parcels weighing between 2kg and 15kg

R 110.00 including VAT. This is a door to door, signed-for, road freight courier service. Please ensure that there is someone available at the destination address during normal business hours to sign for and take receipt of your parcel.

For parcels weighing between 16kg and 25kg

R 160.00 including VAT. This is a door to door, signed-for, road freight courier service. Please ensure that there is someone available at the destination address during normal business hours to sign for and take receipt of your parcel.

Parcels above 25kg will be individually quoted to achieve best price so please contact us.
