MyMakes : Hormone Support Brochure by Dr Mariza Snyder + Recipes & Labels

We are delighted to introduce you to our MyMakes: Hormone Support collection by Dr Mariza Snyder, part of the Essential Knowledge Series.

MyMakes are recipes and information brochures that contain themed wellness objectives to support a variety of family needs. Each set comes with a brochure containing at least 10 blend recipes, hints, tips, safety information, and other useful guidance. In addition, there’s also a sheet of labels and cap stickers to accompany each recipe in the brochure.

Hormones play an important role in numerous biochemical processes in the body so that they can affect you physically, mentally and emotionally. If hormone levels change too much, it can feel uncomfortable and confusing. This collection of essential oil blends was created with the aim of providing support and relief from everyday hormonal symptoms and ensuring healthy hormone levels are maintained.

MyMakes are ideal to use personally to compliment your essential oil usage or to educate in a workshop or event setting where customers can make & create, following which they can then take away the remaining brochure and labels to inspire them to use their essential oils more. 

We’ve created a unique multi-use label that you can simply use as suggested in the brochure or on alternative-sized bottles of your choice as you personalise and customise to your requirements. Maybe you wish to make a half-sized bottle as a sample or a room spray. The labels can be trimmed with scissors to fit a variety of bottles, as illustrated and indicated on the label sheet.

We love to recycle and reuse so we’ve also ensured you can trim the labels to fit onto your 5 & 15ml essential oil bottles and top them with a fine misting spray or roller top.

Bergamot, Cedarwood, Clary Sage, Clove, Copaiba, Fennel, Frankincense, Geranium, Ginger, Grapefruit, Jasmine (Touch), Lavender, Lemongrass, Myrrh, Peppermint, Rosemary, Sandalwood, Vetiver, Wild Orange, Yarrow/Pom, Ylang Ylang.

Additional items required (but not included) :

Distilled Water or Witch Hazel (for the bonus recipe)
60ml Spray Bottle (for the bonus recipe)
Carrier Oil / Fractionated Coconut Oil
10ml roller bottles or roller & caps if you wish to recycle your existing essential oil bottles

Dispensing tools (pipettes, droppers)
15ml Fine misting spray bottles or fine misting spray head to recycling your existing essential oil bottles
